作为一个负责人或者领导者,他们经营的业务是不一样的。领导人需要有能操纵他人去积极完成一个目标的人际交往能力。领导力是作为管理专业的能力之一。领导人不需要像一个管理者一样去指导员工,但管理者必须熟悉如何直接控制与指导员工。此外,领导人需要拥有激发、鼓励和改变他人想法的能力,并说服他人来完成公司给定的目标(Paso, 2005, 2)。

1. Self-Inspiration.
